To build a template, use a template.
- Whatever template you’re building, there must be tasks, tools and resources that are the same. Figuring them out each time you start a new project is a waste of time.
- Practically, you can consider having default checklists which you can copy and tailor for a new project.
- As you get better, improve the default checklist too.
