What is priority, when defining the weight of a style?

Style information can come from various origins. Here is a list, from highest priority to lowest:

1. Any style rule marked "!important" by the user.
2. Any style rule marked "!important" by the author.
3. Style sheets written by the author.
4. Style sheets created by the reader (user).
5. Browser's default style rules ("user agent style sheet").
